1.41, happy with that in the heat brillant time, far too hot, every water went straight over my head ;D I was sensible with this race, after Wilmslow .....25 degrees ....I stopped at each of the three water stations and what I didn't drink went straight over my head....I even took the sponge that was offered ;D

1.22 was definite top 20, possibly even top 10, the bloke who finished 3rd with the congleton running top on, i have seen him at stoke before i am sure.

I completed it in 1.58.48. First potters arf i have done! The heat got to me a little and the last 2miles are a joke! Lol. Much harder than the stafford half which i did in 1.46.46!
