Always liked him, very direct.

He was eye-catching for brief period.
But why has he fallen so dramatically out of favour at WBA?
Doesn't strike me as the 'ardest of woooooorkers?
So probably not Tone's cup of tea either

Surprised about that and i would certainly take a gamble on him because he's looked a decent player whenever i've seen him.

This is strange.
I would definitely go for him, always looked good when I have seen him play!

I must have caught him on a few unfortunate occasions because I was under the impression that he is absolutely dire!
General opinion seems to suggest otherwise, so why not

Tricky player, big lad.
Potentially cheap Fuller replacement.

Looks decent when I have seen him, excellent at times, but there must be something up with him or they wouldn't be letting him go for free.

Taken from the WBA forum
"anyways, Tchoyi is dreadful, I know he made one good game against Newcastle but if that is the best we can do then we are in trouble"
"Another one of them players who you either love for the things he does our hate him for the things he doesn't do.Me. despite all that he he brings to the team its not enough to justify his wages."
"He's an exciting player who gets you off your seat and that's why a lot of Albion fans like him. His attributes trouble defenders and he also has end product which makes him a useful sub to bring on when time is running out. I've had fans of other clubs (including Man United) asking where he was, as he had caused them problems."
"even with all his faults he was a player I genuinely found entertaining. He worked quite well as a nuisance and foil for Long in the early stages of the season but I guess this was always on the cards. Rather than lasts seasons 2nd choice winger he was turned into an expensive 4/5th striker that we couldn't afford."
Take from that what you will, sounds remarkably like many players we have at the moment, ones that split opinion.

Very versatile too! Can play up front, at both flanks and as the attacking midfielder as well! BRING HIM IN!

Could do a lot worse than him as an alternative to Pennant on the right.

Surely we can attract a better calibre of player than this Tchoyi bloke...
Hes not exactly delivered much to the baggies this season.

If we're getting rid of tonge, soares, diao & Fuller's supposedly on his way, then Tchoyi would be good cover for free for both midfield & up front. If K. Jones goes then i wouldn't mind K. Davies on a free either. Coates has made it clear we cant keep pissing ££ away

Tricky player, big lad. Potentially cheap Fuller replacement. I don't think he's much like Fuller is he? Is there any reason he's only made 6 starts this season?? He's very unconventional, has got a trick in his feet and he tends to pull out into wide area's naturally. Where I think he differs from Fuller is that he doesn't have that burst over 5 yards. I quite like Tchoyi whenever i've seen him and think he would be a bargain on a free transfer.

The odd flash of brilliance inbetween long periods of endlessly giving the ball away cheaply. Not disciplined enough to play in any position in our midfield.
