The highs of Hoilett, Agbonlahor and Samba intermingled with the crushing lows of McGeady, Saha and some woman called Anita.

I'll second that. Less ego on here too. I'll save precious daves thread for when I want to go fishing for a bit of keyboard sport ;D Wouldn't it be just super if you could stay on here and not intrude on any other transfer threads then. Same could be said for you then really

That must be a new clause in our transfer policy you have to be able to sing to join us...
In other news Owen Hargreaves rumoured to have signed for QPR on a pay-as-you-play deal. Another old 'un for Mr Hughes.

Dunno, but here's the spiel for whoever didn't click the link: PFA Scotland Solicitor Margaret Gribbon of Bridge Litigation has today written to all English Premier League and Championship Clubs responding to Charles Green’s letter to them dated 29th June 2012. Ms Gribbon stated “I have been furnished with a copy of Mr Green’s letter sent to English Clubs in their top two divisions and consider that it amounts to an attempt to deliberately misrepresent my clients position. I have therefore today sent a detailed letter to the Clubs setting out the facts and repeating our very firm legal view that Mr Green’s allegations of breach of contract are entirely without legal merit. My clients are free agents and I am pleased to note that several Premier League Clubs have already made applications to the SFA for International Transfer Certificates indicating that they attach little weight to Mr Green’s assertion that Sevco is entitled to seek damages for breach of contract” “Furthermore it should also be noted that the SFA has confirmed that in the event of there being a dispute over registration the matter will be referred to FIFA. We can confirm that the SFA has today rejected to issue the registration for one of our clients to an English Premier League Club. The Club in question disputes the rejection and will now write to FIFA seeking their intervention. We expect a speedy response from FIFA.”

Seen as Norwich have announced Whittaker and we are yet to properly announce Ness, you would have to assume it was the Ness deal. Perhaps some development costs are needed with him being 21?

Not sure we have to pay development costs for a player coming from abroad? Wasn't this why Cardiff were so pissed off with Ledley going to Celtic over us? I can't see there being a problem really, where would developmental payments go anyway?

Strangely, haven't Coventry "agreed a fee" for the youngster they've signed, Fleck?
But surely any development costs are due to the oldco, just as any transfer fee would be for over-23s, which doesn't exist anymore.
Looks guaranteed that ultimately we'll get him for nowt, but they're just going through the motions.

It seems strange though given the rhetoric that has gone before over the players who haven't signed with the Newco. And I thought Fleck was very highly rated? Seems strange he's been sent to Coventry.
