We still have a chance of finishing in 11th place. That's around an extra £2.5M we stand to win if results go our way next Sunday.
Bearing in mind that a victory against Wigan on the last day of last season would have seen us win around £3.5M, you can see why a victory next week is pretty important.
Let Bolton win indeed.

FFS the Wigan game last season has NOTHING to do with next week. This broken record nonsense that we lost to Wigan so we'll do the same v Bolton is getting real old hat now.
We've done well in tough fixtures of late at home.......Man City, Arsenal and Everton to name 3 and no reason why we shouldn't beat Bolton. Will be tough as they have to win but there is a decent finish possible for us. The 5-0 means at Bolton means nothing on Sunday so drink your bastard coffee .

Every team - from schoolboy football to international football should always play to win.
If Stoke - or any other team, admit and are proved to have attempted to throw a football match, they should be banned from all organised football forever.
