I'm more of a Kronenbourg drinker, however I dabble in a Stella now and again. I've drank a few recent pints at various pubs, and I feel it's a bit different. Different colour, bigger head and crucially lacking that infamous kick. Is it me, or am I really paranoid?

I'm a straight Kronenbourg man myself.
I used to like Stella but having embraced the whole Kronenboug thing Stella now actually tastes a little metallic to me.

Stella is a cracking pint when kept well but its shit when not.
Sadly many pubs keep bad Stella these days.

Coors light or Grolsch my choice. Stella always gives me a banging head along with Carling.

Didn't they lower their volume level of alcohol in order to pay less taxes?.....

Didn't they lower their volume level of alcohol in order to pay less taxes?..... Is that why, I remember it used to be 5.6%.

Since the percentage of Stella has been lowered from 5.2 to 4.8 it's gone horrible.
Budweiser / Coors Light = utter horse piss.
Olde English 800 is the way forward.

Get theesen down to The Holy Inadequate in Etruria. Great choice of real ales and even hand made lagers with flavour. Follow a few of those up with a couple of large Dalwhinnies.
You'll probably end up pissed as a cunt in the gutter though ;D
