Simply brilliant Roots
What price an Alan Hudson in our team now? Greenhoff.... what a god he was. Shilton??? what a mistake we made signing him.
And what about those ever so slightly un-pc songs like YGGYFHKI and Hello, Hello, Stokie Agro ;D
Had to laugh at the Leeds fans at the back of the Stoke end. They looked like an ugly Bay City Rollers tribute

And the end of it all was just around the corner!
If only that roof had stayed on.

Alan hudson finest stole player I've ever seen. Not sure he get in a cage team though. Not bad in the wind mind, but probably not as good as Rory .

Cheers Roots, looks like a match played at 33rpm instead of 45rpm like nowadays and probably better for it.

Sunderland in the cup and villa in the league. Haven't seen either of them knocking about on youtube.

Remember being at the Spurs match, seems like yesterday, think they beat us at home the week before in the league, or the week after, sure it might have been Glen Hoddles debut, happy times.

Hoddle's debut was a league game when they beat us 1-2 and he scored a corker

Joe wasnt the Hoddle debut 2-2?...and abit earlier than this video....lokking forward to seeing the Sunderland and Villa games to massive away followings, the Villa must have brought 11,000 in acrowd of just under 30,000- and there was some real fun and games after that...who remembers the chant "your gonna get what Aston Villa got"

Brilliant! I was at both of these games: Butler Street for the game ve Leeds with a perfect view of Greenhoff's volley, the Boothen End for the Spurs cup game at which I remember being unable to watch Salmons penalty. This is the first time I've ever seen it! No VCR's back then.
