Thank You very much..job done
Sounded a lot better, but still with room for improvement thats sure. Obviously that Blackburn are a very poor side, but a win is a win a win. Who knows after Thursday, we could be 2 games unbeaten!

Like we shouldn't get carried away when we lose a couple, we shouldn't get carried away when we win against a VERY poor side
Some positives for us, both wingers, crouchy's link up play and a very decent outing for wheelo.
the back four looked OK, though it was hardly tested
All in all, thanks for the three points. Pick your P45 up after the match, Mr Keen. Let's hope we can build on this at Everton next time out (where a point would be lovely)

Over the moon with the result. But not convinced that performance would have beaten three quarters of premier league teams. Hope we can keep improving now.

Thought Peter Crouch was fantastic tonight. His defensive headers and general use was to our our advantage time after time.

I think the defense was a lot tighter today and we took a leaf out of Newcastle/QPR and doubled up on the flanks. Both Pennant & Ethers had good Games. Whelan, Delap and Crouch had good games, Walters didn't get the best of service. Let them in after 85 minutes I'm afraid Shawcross at fault for not going towards the man but moved across and left a massive gap and free shot, which the player took well - right in the corner off the post so Tommo no chance - then Tommo really kept us from having an awkward last couple of minutes with a great save. We are getting there and much better than last 5 losses

A good enough performance against what must be one of the worst prem sides to visit the Brit. You can only beat what is put in front of you and we did that without much fuss. Let's hope we can move on...

Thought that the match was poor, thought Blackburn had 2 centre midfielders who would walk into our side, thought that we deserved the win but we still look dodgy!

That was the worst match I have seen in a long tome.
We must improve ball play.
