Purchased 4. Have to get the coach from Stoke though sadly (well, more of an annoyance). This "Coach" costs an extra £40 on top of the £55 ticket price.
It better have a golden toilet, Miller Draft on tap and Megan Fox handing out suck jobs...

Why would you want to pay £55+ a ticket to see a washed up bunch of money grabbing idiots who were last half decent over 20 years ago? They're doing it for the money, and the money only and anyone who believes otherwise is naive to say the least.
I hope it's as disastrous for them as Reading 1996 was.
I like(d) The Stone Roses, but this is just bollocks.

Not a fan of band comebacks myself - they just aren't relevant anymore and hardly have a massive catalogue of decent material - debut album is very good, but 'Second Coming' is largely crap. I just hope that they don't get too greedy and do a new album.

Tried in vain but no. Wouldn't of minded but definetly not gonna pay 3 or 4 times the asking price to go see em, it would probably be cheaper to see em (if/when) they do a world tour in europe.

Missed out. Could have got a coach & ticket package but would have been silly coaching it from Norwich or Cardiff when I live 15 minutes from Heaton Park!
Gonna wait till January when everyone's skint after Xmas, should get them for face value. Will also be looking at a European gig to get away from the Kasabian/Arctic Monkeys loving riff raff who go to one gig a year and chuck piss everywhere.

Jaysus!!! You can smell the envy of some on here. You know you bitter plebs that wanted one but expected the ticket to be dropped on the doorstep free of charge "awww yeh, they're only doing it for the money, I hope its a fuckin disaster, I ain't paying that kind of money, their music's shit, wrinkly old bastards etc etc etc, blah blah f*****g blah!" Obviously they're only doing it for the money, I dont go to work for the f*****g fun of it, so neither should they! You think the likes of Crouch, Begovic, Jones or Pennant really want to play for Stoke?? But for the egos and petulance they would've been even greater, but alas it wasn't to be. At least now, people are finally going to get to see them live at the kind of gig their status in music deserves. I'm goin and its going to be quality!!! Stick to your X-Factor girls, and leave us sad suckers to our wanky little concert.

I have no desire whatsoever to desecrate the grave of seminal Manchester pop group The Stone Roses.John Squire, 2009.

I don't understand why people have paid massive amounts to see them. It's fairly obvious that they'll go on further tours off the back of all this, by then the hype will have gone and tickets will be a lot easier to get hold of and a lot cheaper too.
