I've always thought it pathetic to verbally abuse people who have died No respect left in the world Paps would have had a field day if they had looked on here after jades death. I have no sympathy for the bloke Exactly, the amount of jokes that go around about dead celebrities and disasters (9/11, tsunamis etc) yet nobody ever gets charged for those. Very inconsistent if you ask me. I don't know the severity of his 'crime', if he was genuinely harassing families then i'd think it fair to charge him. If he made a joke about it (the car sale thing) then I don't see how that is any worse than all of the other jokes that go around about the deceased (albeit, more famous ones)

He has Asperger's syndrome and the court heard he has been bullied and isolated all his life, leading to depression and alcoholism.
Duffy, of Grovelands Road, Reading, Berkshire, did not know any of his victims and the court heard his life described as a "miserable existence".
He was diagnosed with Asperger's as a toddler and, after a troubled education, was told to leave his family home when his condition became too problematic, so he turned to drinking alone at his home in Reading.
Like I said before, he's a prick for doing what he's done. An absolute prick. But I'd like to see how people on here would cope given what he's gone through in his life.
Obviously, it doesn't mean you can go around mocking the death of a young girl. That is totally unacceptable. It doesn't stop me from feeling sorry for him and the way he's been treated throughout his life.

A joke is one thing, be it nasty or close to the bone but, the Majority of the posts on here about Jade were not jokes, just low life insults about someone dying of cancer that, surprisingly, admin allowed for a while.

Some of you need look into what aspergers actually is , is varies widely from person to person same as autism spectrum you can be fully functional or in more severe cases need help all your life .... He clearly didn't get any help , it's a very hard condition to live with as you are seen as normal from the outside world all be it a little odd ... As I said assessments should have been made of his understanding of the situation and processed him accordingly . In this country you will struggle to find learning diss support for anyone that didn't fall into a box and aspergers varies so much it dosnt get a box to fit into . He still deserves to be punished for his actions , harsh or not !

Yet again the "aspergers" defence card is played, why can't these people just admit they are nasty, mean spirited idiots and take their punishment?
Judging by the state of him he will be put on the vulnerable prisoners wing straight away, he would not last 10 minutes on a general population wing.

You can't see the difference between those two things?
