Hi guys, I'm Besiktas fan. And I'll answer your questions. You can ask everything. Is our game with you on the Wednesday or Thursday of that week?

Hi and welcome to the board. Interested to know whether Besiktas fans know much about Stoke and how we are regarded in Turkey? Think we'll have a tough game in Turkey, but you will also find us very tough at home!

What a horrible interesting tasty group that is. Long journeys to unglamorous parts of the world. Footballing wise we should have enough to progress to the knock out stages.

Home form will be crucial (as always)
Looking at last years groups, 10-12 points would be just enough to qualify.

Home form will be crucial (as always) Looking at last years groups, 10-12 points would be just enough to qualify. 3 home wins and a draw could get us through. 3 wins and 3 draws would see us coast it. In footballing terms, it was important to avoid the teams from Spain, Germany, Italy and Portugal and PSG.

Great draw, just to see Stoke in it makes it shit hot, it doesn't overly matter who we get. This. It will be a new experience for us all and something that in our life times we will never see again, If we go out then so be it, but we wont go out without a fight you can guarantee that! WHAT?!?!?! Holy Cow. Do you honestly think we will not qualify for another European tournament in the next 40-50 years?? Wow.

I must admit that I was beginning to give up hope of ever seeing us play in the top division again

Can we assume the club will stick with the reduced ticket prices for the group games?

All the English clubs are playing home matches at 8.05pm, but away matches at 6pm (UK time). Stoke's first 4 matches coincide with Spurs. The last 2 matches are in 4 sets (early/late, wed/thur), so the English teams all play at different times. That was part of the complication of the draw procedure. As soon as Spurs drew group A it restricted Stoke to D, E, F, G, H or I. The first 3 of these would have been at same times as Spurs for the first 4 fixtures, the last 3 at the same times as Fulham. Bolton's first away match in a group was Besiktas (1-1). Okocha ans Speed were both out injured, Nolan came on after 51 mins, Tal Ben Haim was captain! Faye played. Players rested but on bench included Jaaskelainen, N'Gotty and Davies. Full strength team beat West Brom 3 days later.

Hi and welcome to the board. Interested to know whether Besiktas fans know much about Stoke and how we are regarded in Turkey? Think we'll have a tough game in Turkey, but you will also find us very tough at home! first, we are really hospitable people. If the other team's fans don't do anything negative, we do not do anything negative We're really fantastic fans. We never sit down with the seats and always we'll cheer In Turkish league, We use bad words when shouting, but In Europe matches, we dont use any bad words. And about you, I know a lot things. Stoke City is good at set pieces. Obviously I'm afraid of English Football. We hate set pieces But two years ago, we won against manchester united in old trafford Tomorrow, I'll answer your questions sorry for bad english. good night.

Good afternoon from Istanbul, First of all, i want to say that comments like "we need a knife proof pants, omg we're going to istanbul hell" make us sad. Cause we are not cruel that much Its true that we are too much fanatic and crazy about our team but we dont have any problem with rival teams. If you dont believe me; you may ask us to Spurs fans or Liv'pool fans how gentle we are . We played couple games with them and their fans were excited after the games in Istanbul. So don't be scared to come Istanbul. We would be glad to see you here, and help you feel home and enjoy your stay in our beautiful city. I wont say anything about our stadium atmosphere. Cause you have to live it. Videos, comments on internet are not enough to describe Spurs, Bolton and Liv'pool fans might know it much better. And i see some of you ask "what do you know about s. city". I first heard your name when you promoted to Premier League couple years ago. Then i've been following you since that time. And Tuncay Sanli of course made you known in Turkey. But he was a total disappointment for your team i think. We also know your good defensive football style. There will be great games and memories for both side i think. Its true we have much world-wide stars in our squad but British football makes us scare even its a premier league or lower league teams. I can answer your all questions about our team, our city, your fans who wants to come Istanbul. Best Regards.
