It will be on the piece of land next to Aldi at the bottom of Stanley Matthews way. The plans and regulations have been pinned to lampposts. I noticed them when I took the dog out for a walk. Hardly near the Brit though. It's a 30 minutes walk up hill. !!!

The Glebe (as mentioned above) could work. Another winning possibility could be The Sea Lion (II). It could be a faithful replica of the SL as it was in the mid 70s - in every detail, including its willingness to serve alcohol to unaccompanied children of 14 or so.
