the Hitler of the ticketing world!! ;D
used to have some right good banter with her down the ticket office, when me and my mates were trying to get U-17 tickets for away games despite being 17-19!
RIP Margaret, a Stoke City legend from behind the scenes

That's very sad. I always found her helpful whenever I needed her assistance. She didn't suffer fools gladly, though - luckily she didn't think I was a fool! My sympathy to her family and friends. R.I.P Margaret

Always helpful, especially (in my case) after the Walsall play-off game at the Bescot when my mate who was driving got lifted and I was left stranded. Marg sorted it and got me on a coach home not a problem.
R.I.P. Margaret.

I'm so sorry to hear Margaret has died and my condolences to Jim, her family and all her friends.
I saw her last on the Wembley car park just before the final and it was great that she made it to both the semi and the final. We got to know Margaret on some away trips and mainly in Delilahs a few years ago and enjoyed many chats with her. She will be very much missed by many, ourselves included.
RIP Margaret, I'm sure you will watch from that elevated position many more years of Stoke success.
Condolences to Jim and the family from John, Rob, Sue and Chris.
