If we have to rely on Faye so be it. It does indicate we might have to play a bit more hoofish than we have lately.

Without doubt Abdy is up to the job, played well on Sunday and you can bet he will give 110 percent if needed for the final, saying that, PLEASE Robert, please be fit!

Whoever steps foot on that turf on Saturday will have one hell of a job to fill Huth's shoes. For me Huth has been one of if not the most consistent central defender in the Premier league let alone in our squad.
Yet in Abdoulaye we have someone who is respected and loved both on and off the field by players and fans alike. My only worry as mentioned previously in other threads will be whether he is fit enough for 90 minutes or potentially 2 hours.
I'd be more worried if Collins was coming in or Sonko.
Huth will be ok. Both the berlin wall and Ethers will feature on Saturday. Trust Me.

If Stoke's Player of the Year 2011 is out, as well as Stoke's Player of the Year 2010, Stoke's Player of the Year 2009 will sort Ballotelli out!

Yes he is. Perhaps not for 90+ minutes but if Huth can manage the rest, i remain confident in our defence

if Huth cant make the final? Or is there a better alternative? I must admit, I'm feeling slightly twitchy. Make no mistake, and don't despair. Faye is a bloody good player. If he plays, I can guarantee, he won't let us down!

I know we're all trying to look on the positive side but having a player come into the side with very little football like Abdy doesn't fill me with glee.
He did ok on Saturday it's true but he did leave the space which van Persie ran into and scored from.
A bit more match awareness and he might not have followed the dummy run by Bendtner so far...
Prove me wrong Abdy if you do have to play!
