Scrap EMA, raise tuition fees, abolish grants. Keep the working class out of Education. Job done Mr Cameron and Mr Osborne.. Keep privilege for the privileged Fucking Tory wankers. Good point, but when I see working class lads go to Uni and study geography, media studies, business studies just for the sake of going to Uni I feel it's a waste. Either aim higher...medicine, law, high tech engineering or get some overalls on and learn a good trade. Nowt wrong with Business Studies mate, not when you want to do a professional qualification afterwards

I have heard you need a number to buy the tickets on seetickets website, is this the client ref number from the Stoke website? Also is it one seat per transaction or is that gone now they are on general sale?

OK, have resisted thus far, but can't hold back any longer..... the stress is all getting too much. OK and very smug and restful I'm sure for all of you that have their tickets, but if you haven't and need to wait for general, it's not easy on the blood pressure.
Heading up from Bristol on Thurs evening, and need to understand :
- what time would I need to arrive by to be sure of taking advantage of the ticketing system on the Thursday evening ? (a bit miffed that this has changed tbh) - if no evening allocation of queue slots, has anyone got a reasonable steer on whether an overnighter will guarantee a ticket for Friday. Would turning up at 0600 on Friday be likely to be OK ?
Needing to cover off options, and can only take Friday off work.
Thanks for any info

Thanks for any info SWS Most other nights they have been giving tickets out at around 11pm. Then you are free to go and do what you like until the morning, when you can turn up at 8am with your ticket number and get your Wembley tickets. If they do not give tickets out you might have a long night in the car park me owd.

does any one know yet, if two of us go down and queue for tickets for general sale on thursday night, and a ticket number is given out, if one person then as to leave for work at 07.30(ish), can the other person then get there ticket for them, if they hand the ticket office the other persons ticket number? or does the ticket office open earlier than 07.30? one of us as to be at work by 8, and its impossible to have the day off cuz of an early morning meeting. (taking that it will still be on a one bum one seat basis.)

Why are people travelling from a distance to queue?
Everybody seems to be suggesting that the seetickets site is working just fine.
I know they'll be limited but provided you get up on time I can't see the panic.

Maybe people need more than one ticket from the same client reference number, if that's the case they have to go to the ground to get tickets, no matter how far away they live.

I was told yesterday at the ticket office that everyone needs a ref number. So you cant buy 2 tickets with same number. However you can buy 2 with 2 numbers (even if there is only 1 of you there)

Just rang the ticket office was only number 2 in the queue and they said they only sold 1000 -1500 tickets today so the idea of there only being 1000 or so on friday is probably way off.she did also say a lot of people were getting turned away as their stubs were season ticket holders stubs.and they also said if they do the queue ticket system then they wouldnt be giving the queue tickets out the night before,it would be from 6am friday

Before today there were about 8-9000 according to scholesy Thanks. It seems like quite a few might get to general sale. I wonder how much interest there will be. I know alot of people here are stressing but that seems to mainly be people out of town (like me) who don't qualify under any of the normal schemes. I know in the past we've always sold out Wembley but that was with coaches going from pubs and clubs, workplaces etc. I think the problem with getting seats together for season ticket holders and others is going to reduce demand.

Rang today to ask how many tickets you could buy via Seetickets on Friday.
Response was that they hadn't decided yet- had to wait and see how many were left and so would be announcing it tomorrow.
Told me to keep an eye on the website!!!

RAF - weirdly it is a good system, they found me even when I tried to register under a new email address etc, as I thought I wasn't already registered!!
Sent me my account detail and everything...not often I am impressed with a database driven system, but this was very smart....

H Absolutely. If you let the working class have an education there's less of them to be shot between the eyes by people with agressive loooking beards in foreign countries whilst the inbred chinless aristo's like Cameron and Osborne sit back at base taking Tiffin.

Think theres more lef for friday than expected cos there were lots of "multiple sales" i.e. One scfc direct account buying a few tickets for quarter final game and lots of hose ticketsholders cant get to ground today and u cant use them for online bookings if they were bought under one client ref.there are gonna be a LOT of unhappy stub holders cos of that fiasco!
