We will stay up but imagine beating man city n costing us a place in Europe. Easily remedied by beating Spurs first.... and Chelsea.

We all have difficult fixtures remaining.I predict us to stay up now under Roy.We have a different determination as you saw at your place recently.I would rather play teams above us than around us. My 3 to go down are Wigan Blackpool & Blackburn

I fancy Villa for an outside chance. They have a lot of good players but are out of form, lots of unrest on and off the pitch and the fans are putting a lot of pressure on the manager and regularly booing the team.
Aside from that I'd go for Wigan and Blackpool. Everyone else seems to have started picking up points and although Wigan won at the weekend I still don't think they've got enough to regularly win.

we won't go down, we will be fine. 5 live didn't even mention us in their evenings relegation discussion, and nor should we be mentioned. 1 point and it is 100% guaranteed i reckon, and we will definately get 1 more point. 38 points with our goal diff will be enough With respect, you can forget our decent goal diff. If we only get one more point, that means we'll have lost seven games which will give us a goal diff of at least - 9, probably more like -15 or so if we get tonked. Not so great then. But the three teams that get relegated are almost guaranteed to have a GD worse than -15. The best GD in the 'bottom 8' is Blackburn with -12. Relegated sides will be losing more than they win over the next 8 games so whoever does go down will have a higher negative GD than they have now (barring a statistical fluke).

If we're still in contention, are Sunderland completely out of it just 1 point above us?

If we're still in contention, are Sunderland completely out of it just 1 point above us? Sunderland's run-in: Man City (a) West Brom (h)Birmingham (a) Wigan (h)Fulham (h)Bolton (a) Wolves (h)West Ham (a) Not a bad run-in really, think they'll get enough points from that little lot to stay up comfortably.
