By no means the most important win but Wigan away at Springfield park during the Brian Little season. Only about 500 stokies there due to the shit run of form we were on and also having pretty much nothing left to play for, we were 2.0 down by half time. We then pulled it back to 2.2 thanks to a brilliant solo effort from Kav and then in the dying seconds Greg Strong who was jeered all game by the home fans scored the winner on his debut. Excellent little mental in the away end.
There is no way in this world i would swap where we are now but i often miss away days like these.

My best has to be Leeds United 0-4 Stoke! its my home town, the amount of abuse i used to get from leeds fans when we were lower in the leagues and we were in the prem, how things have changed ;D

Ninnian Park Play Off Semi Finals, quite possibly the greatest night of my life....to equalise so late in the game, it was just perfect!
Ninnian Park, Shawcrosses debut.....who was to know just how good that season would end up, and Simmo's double save from that last minute penalty was immense!
4-2 at wolves in the promotion season....after that game i knew we were going up.
2-1 Coventry promotion season....it looked like we might have messed promotion up again! up step liam lawrence!!
3-2 Luton in the boskamp season, that game had everything...and peter sweeney diving into the stoke fans to celebrate coynes own goal, whilst doobs just went mental will stay with me forever!
3-2 / 2-1 at luton...all i remember is Orlygsson scoring a free kick...it was a night match in the season we got to the play offs or maybe the season before....someone help me out here, i was young at the time, but its always stuck in the memory
Sturridges hat - trick at southend.....think its the only time weve ever won there!
3-1 against West Brom when Parkin scored....3-0 up after half an hour away at the baggies, it doesnt get much better!
1-0 against Chelsea in the coca cola cup....pesch put it past Kharine in front of the stokies housed in that temporary stand they had at the time.....amazing night!
Leeds 4-0 as it was just so unexpected!
and finally wigan away in the binary season....Gifton broke the offside trap about 4 times that day haha..wigan were top i think and we had just signed Gudjonsson and Gudmundsson.....none of us expected to get anything that day yet we came away with a 1-0 win! ''weve scored a goal, you must be shit!''

0-1 at Tottenham last season. A) Because I was there the last time we'd won at WHL as a teenager B) Because my Dad, a Spurs fan, had just died and it was all a bit much for me!

The away win at Coventry in the promotion season for me.
Liam Lawrence will forever be a legend to me for that goal he banged in, it made us all believe we could win promotion.

Liam Lawrence against Coventry, an historic, "I was there" moment.
The 2-2 against Villa felt MORE than a win, It felt like we'd won the champions league or something.

Coventry (A) 07/08, proper mental when Liam scored and at that moment I think everyone there stopped hoping and started believing in promotion
Luton 3-2 away in the Boskamp season was pretty good too, last minute winner made me go nuts for no particular reason (lets face beating Luton ain't the best result ever).
Ipswich 4-1 away in Boskamp season was good too, I just seem to remember that we looked like we were going to score with every attack in the 2nd half & Bangoura scored his last for the club.

West brom 92/93 or the 4-1 demolition of wolves 95/96. There's more but they are the two for me.

4 - 2 win at Molineux in the promotion season for me. Cracking day out and then batter the dingles I'm with Chunky!!In 95, Got taken by a supplier of mine in the WM whose SD was a big Wolves Fan and had to sit among the Dingles Fans. Unable to stop myself jumping up when the 2nd goal went in the Chief steward grabbed me and told me to remember i was sitting surrounded by Dingles and not celebrate if we scored again. I said "when" we score again ..his face was a fuckin picture. My host was well pissed off after i think Dean Richards gifted us one . Great day. ;D

Dicking the Dingles 4-1 in 95 was the icing on the cake for a great 21st!
Cant recall the year but a night game against Bradford, prob 91. Mickey Thomas hit an injury time winner and I had one of those mentals you just don't forget, leaping down off the snack bar at the back of the stand and mentalling in the aisle!! to cap it all off I ahd to give Mickey T's car a push by the Vic when waiting for a lift home as he couldn't get it started

October 2006 Leeds 4-0 ;D brilliant , but this season i would have to say Newcastle 1-0 down at half time and Jones with the header to win the game 2-1 great atmosphere from a small away following brilliant day out , but another one i enjoyed was Old Trafford a couple of weeks ago just because we scored

Colchester united away in our promotion season. I live. In colchester, would of been terrible if they fucked our promotion push up but thank god for CRESSWELL! Yes it's good beating your local team. i have fond memories of winning 3-0 at swindon about 3 years ago, being 2-0 early on. my 9 year old daughter got to learn the real words to Delilah and a few others to expand her vocabulary

Hmmm Vale 92-93? Wolves as above??? Brighton relegation beach party?? Peterborough in the Autoglass? All favourites for different reasons but my out and out favourite HAS to be Ninian Park.
I didn't want to go, I had a ticket but as I was driving down to the Brit I just had this feeling that the shit we were going to have to take down there just wasnt worth it. Luckily I did go, my mate talked me into it. Bangouras ass and the rest is history!!! What a day out!

Quite a few, but two games from the 87/88 season stand out for me. Within a week of each other too. The 3-0 win at Huddersfield on Boxing Day. I remember losing all the mince pies my mum had made for me to take during one of the mentals, Tony Ford's goal iirc.
Then a few days later back up to Yorkshire for the 4-1 win at high flying Bradford. Their long haired keeper (Tomlinson?) had an absolute shocker...
"Gypo is a Stokie..." ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
