Villa 82/83, (pretty sure).Went with my school mate and his dad, didnt want to be locked in for half an hour after final whistle so stood on the home Holt End but needn't have worried about being unable to contain our joy when scoring as we lost, badly, 4-0. Did same following season and got a 1-1 draw.

24th Sept 1966 beat Baggies 1-0. Such a promising start to the season that year. Won 14 of first 25 games and 4th in table 2 points behind leaders Liverpool. Then the ubiquitous second half of the season crash winning only 3 of the remaining 17 games left us mid table.

Mine was a 3rd round cup tie at Bury, we drew there 1-1 drew the replay at the Vic., drew the next 2 replays at Goodison and Anfield, until finally we beat them 3-2 at Old Trafford, it was the record longest tie at the time.

Mine was an F A Cup 3rd round tie at Spurs in '76 We were sat in the upper tier on 1 side,not too many of us if I recall. We drew 1-1 and won the replay remember this is was in the away end with about 70 other's. got me nose broke outside. and I remember the replay there were about 30 spuds fans in the boothen who didn't last long.

Can't remember which was first, Rotherham 2-0 Stein in the top corner, ball got stuck in stantion. Can't believe the amount of stokies in the town. Or West brom 2-1. Over 8000 standing. When the winner went in I remember a lad I stood near in the boothern climb the fence and jump into the west brom fans(all there nutters) unforgettable days.
