Hoofhoofhoof... i would rather see higgy hoofing it than collins losing it in our own half, wouldnt you? I fear that Higgy is still a bit shaky after his last match. Collins have had a decent season so far, perhaps except the last couple of matches. Actually I have no problem with Higgy in the starting line up tomorrow. But he doesn't neccessarily need to hoof 50 yards everytime he touches the ball, eh? Anyway - let's get behind our team and let's crush the Baggies, again!

I hope he doesn't tinker tomorrow with the side that beat Liverpool. I think we can hold our own if we play attacking football away from home, and at West Brom this is an ideal opportunity to 'go for it' given our record against the Baggies. Fuller ,Jones up front.. Etherington , Pennant ...etc. We might even win.. mumf

Yep, an unchanged team for me. I hope this pre-match talk was just kiddums.

To change the team after Saturdays display would be sheer insanity.

I actually think Tone might have 'seen the light' after the Liverpool game. I believe we will begin to see a far more attacking Stoke side from now on...a turning point even.!

I doubt he'll start with Fuller and Jonesy.

You should start with your strongest team , and when certain players get knackered replace with lesser ones. If you score first, it is always an advantage.

Higgy has been atrocious in the 2 league matches he's played this year.
Collins has been solid since getting into the team.
It's not exactly a hard decision is it? I swear there's some sort of vendetta against Collins on here from certain posters..
p.s 3-0 Stoke. (Don't ask why, it's just one of those feelings.)

I actually think Tone might have 'seen the light' after the Liverpool game. I believe we will begin to see a far more attacking Stoke side from now on...a turning point even.! Oh just listen to yourself - give it a rest. For the record: - Nothing you have said or done has got us into the PL - Nothing you have said or done has got us up to 10th place - Nothing you have said or done helped us beat Liverpool - Nothing you say or do will have any effect on the game against WBA Sometimes things work out, sometimes things go wrong, players have good games, players have bad games, the opposition play well, the opposition play badly, sometimes you are lucky, sometimes you are unlucky, more often that not the fat cats win (but not always) - this is how football works, just the same as life. The beauty of football is that it is so simple yet so complicated. Nothing stays the same in the football - the cards are reshuffled every game. Because a side beats Liverpool at home it doesn't mean it will beat WBA away.

Higgy vs DC has been "six of one, half a dozen of the other" for a long time in supporters' minds, but after the last couple of weeks there really is no case whatsoever for replacing Collins.

For me i would keep the same side that beat Liverpool, however Tony as always kept us and the squad on our toes where team selction is concerned. If he wanted the easy life he could make no changes and if we lost nobody could really have a go at him,but if he makes changes and we lose some will be out to hang him. That said if he feels he needs to pick a different starting 11 he will not think twice about it,he always stays focused and does not care to hoots what people say about him.

For instance, I wouldn't dream of lecturing you on the world of customs and excise. Plus I dearly hope that I don't believe that if I occassionally call something right that it means I know what I'm on about. We all get lucky sometimes without really understanding what happened. Anyway, good luck to the lads today. As always I'll be happy with a point away from home.

A team that has just beaten Liverpool with gerrard and Torres starting will be brimming with confidence and should be played in the next game whether it be man u away or west brom.
