Bolton Wanderers FC Reebok Stadium Away Fans Away fans are housed in the two tiered South Stand at one end of the ground, where up to 5,000 supporters can be accommodated, although the normal allocation is nearer 3,000. The lower tier is shared with home supporters, but the upper tier is given entirely to away fans. The leg room and facilities within this stand are good and the atmosphere is boosted in the home end by the presence of a drummer. Alex Smith adds; 'away fans should note that the bottom rows of the lower tier are not covered by the roof and therefore you may get wet if it rains'. Whilst Paul Kelly warns; ' the stewards at the Reebok can be a bit over zealous, often throwing out fans for little reason. My advice to away fans is do not even think about celebrating a goal by going further forward than the front row. They'll have you even if you're just on the bit of track behind the adverts. Also you may be told to sit down during the game, take heed and do so. Fans have been removed who persistently stand up during the game'.

They don't need that end to fit in all their fans who want to go.

Were there the night before for a few beers and a dance in Sankeys. Anyone else out and about on the Friday? Will be heading for breakfast in Weatherspoons or KRO Bar off Piccadily on the Saturday morning. Wow! I've got the exact same game plan! I take it your going Kissy Sell Out, yeah?

Just rang The Beehive. They aren't allowing away fans in this year and the parking is for season ticket holders only.
I'd steer well clear.

Always happy to help.

ProudPotter63, I had exactly the same problem with my sons account even though hes a ST holder , and got this reply from the ticket office;
Thank you for your email.
Your sons online account had not been validated for online purchasing so this would not allow him to buy tickets online. I have now updated his account so you shouldn’t have any problems in the future.
Kind Regards Becky Customer Service Adviser
The accounts need to be validated some how - which you might have a option to do if you log in under their account (they validated by sons for me and an email was forwarded him)
"You have now been validated to purchase ticket(s) online: "

There is another pub for away fans used it last time around when the Beehive got so full getting served took ages. When walking up to the Beehive instead of going straight up turn right at the set of lights half way up the bank and along there is a pub with plenty of room to stand outside and enjoy your beer with an exellent burger van outside too cant recall what the name of the pub is

I so wanted to of gone but typically im broke and wont be able go another away game until we have to travel a million miles to get too i.e. Sunderland (now) and that will be too expensive...another year of awayless football for me ; only been one and that was Blackburn in our first season and less we say about that the better!
