This is so sad, I'm very shocked as I knew Richard really well many years ago when I use to live in leek...been loads of games with him. My deepest sympathies to his dear family. RIP mate

This seems to happen a lot at football grounds on matchday.
A guy collapsed after the Blackburn home match in 2009 and I remember before a night match against Ipswich some years back a guy collapsed outside the main entrance.
