Yup just await the feedback from the user now as with most web stuff I guess there will be a few teething problems.

I just hope that if we get promotion everything about the club becomes progressive. Things like the SCFC Direct can only help in the long run. Well Done Stoke.

Just had a quick play and there doesn't seem to be many tickets on sale for the Blackpool match around where my season ticket is.
Is this A. They are all sold or B. The Internet have their own allocation of tickets, and if I went to the stadium, I could get a better choice?
Not a moan, just out of interest if anyone knew.

First slight snag, just looked to order a ticket for my second lad, and where I have my season ticket (Block 33) is not available when ordering on-line. Just e-mailed to ask why and will let you know the response.
However overall it looks really good!

brookstokie: I thought it was strange as to why they aren't selling tickets for the Family Stand...maybe a club policy is in place with it being the Family Stand the ticket office staff have the right to refuse anyone who buy's a ticket for the Family Stand, if they don't fit the bill of a typical person who would sit in the Family Stand. As it is next to the away supporters...only a thought.

Probably right, will let you know when they reply.
Maybe it should be an option for existing season ticket holders only to buy extra tickets on-line in the family area, I am sure the software could cope with that type of restriction.

Reply to the family area query:
Thanks for your e-mail. Unfortunately the family area is unavailable online as there are certain restrictions that apply in those blocks with regards to the number of adults and juniors in a group. Unfortunately we are currently unable to restrict this online and therefore cannot sell in these areas. We hope to be able to implement this in the near future.
Regards
How good to have a nice quick reply!

OMG, if the number of grey (occupied) seats is true then there'll be 22-23,000 there Saturday even if Blackpool only bring a nominal 1000-1500 !!! Good system, found a couple of glitches though with seat numbers messed up in certain sections of the Boothen. Hopefully, just a graphics error my end or else there'll be a lot of lost souls wandering around the stands 'til half time... Well done Stoke, onwards & upwards ;D

But not away's , though a mate buys our groups in bulk each time...

The grey seats don't appear to be all sold out:
For example if you search for one seat it will show just the odd seat on its own.
Search for 3 and more (previously grey) will appear.
Search for 4 and it seems to be limited to 3??????? - this might be because you cant get 4 together?

If you're ISP has a spam checker , check that it might be held there....I'm on BTyahoo and that's how that treated it
oopps just noticed you use hotmail, so not sure where that might end up

so do you have to have recieved a confirmation e-mail 1st before you can start to buy tickets?

Post by Lakeland Potter on Mar 20, 2008 17:05:25 GMT
The confirmation email is for those who have forgotten their passwords (like me!) to receive them by email - worked for me and I am on hotmail
