Luckily i don't have a lardy backside so once I'm up, I'm off and gone.
The only time I've ever missed a goal from leaving early was when we scored a last minute goal against Southend or Luton (????) at the vic and we won 5-0. I had to leave early due to the old fella working that night.
Best goal I nearly missed was against Cardiff at the Brit in the playoffs. This wasn't through leaving early but arriving a minute or two later than usual. I remember walking through the entry to the ground (from under stand to front of stand if you like) on what was a glorious sunny day. We'd had a 'few' sherberts and as soon as we got in the ground we scored a goal. Surreal and a great mental spent running up and down the stair well.
