Agreed.
What is also fantastic, is that he's being allowed to charge forward! Loving the game so far!

Worth all the effort to get him signed in the first place, and will easily become a Stoke hero at this rate

Transfer the words... is going to really struggle to get,, for the word WONT It's only about time that the only player he didn't sign is wormed out of the team. If it's good for results, who gives a fuck, even Wilko must realise that. H

He's doing very well especially when you consider the position is new to him. He just overhit a few crosses, but was very solid defensively.
I was really impressed with the way Ryan kept talking to him today as well. That was good leadership from our Captain.

I have reserved judgement on him so far but today he had Pablo Fernandez in his pocket and over lapped plenty. Outstanding game.

Just gave it him over Nzonzi today, thought he played really well and so that's right back sorted. TP will be creaming himself getting a 6''4 right back in the team.......as for left back, thought Wilson was a liability today, slow and caught in possession how many times? See he got a rating of 8.5 on another thread that was surely from his Pompey days not today? He was the worst player on the pitch today and this is the position that needs really addressing come January. Think some have turned a blind eye as we won the game, lost and he would have got some stick.

played well today, but sometimes gets dragged to the ball in the middle of the pitch and leaves space behind him. Great addition to the squad though and supposed to be a quality bloke as well

Man of the match was the guy on the other side of the defence If you mean Wilson, I find it hard to disagree. Cameron is a star at RB, but so far, this season, Wilson has excelled. His positioning is quality, as are good diagonal crosses. We really are looking a very balances back four with todays four.

I will point out that he got treatment off TP that hasn't been seen since the Hoefkens days. When he got dragged right across the pitch so that he'd abandoned his position to go and chase the ball down well into the left hand side of their half, water bottles were kicked and, for the first time in years, the baseball cap went flying across the technical area. Not even Tuncay got that. ;D

If im honest Cameron looks far better going forward than Walters and for that reason alone I'd be perfectly happy to see Cameron right wing if it meant Walters being dropped.
