Dunno Joe, i emailed Nick about it and got no response. I used to love that. I won a packet of Super Noodles and a ticket to Nick's sisters birthday party, even though i don't know her. Didn't go mind, stayed in and ate my Super Noodles.

Did you put some bits of ham in the noodles to make them go a bit further?

Was there any noodle juice left at the end for you to mop up with bread?

No, i'm experienced when it comes to making super noodles. half a pint of water measured in my Fosters pint glass, powder added right at the last minute for maximum flavour. Once i went completely mental and fried some chopped bacon and mushrooms and added it to the mix. Balls deep i went.

Real shame it's disappeared. I used to really enjoy the show - especially after a win.

It's gone, can't say I have missed much apart from the interviews, I found the discussions with the forest fan rather bland, and felt that any number of oatcakers could do a better job if they put their minds to it.
Get the most rabid PHW and most rabid rimmer in a room the day after a game, with a slab of beer and a voice recorder....... now that would be a podcast

The new Saturday Morning Sports Show "Boots Bats & Balls" on www.6towns.co.uk will hopefully help fill the void. We are on the lookout for Oatcakers to get involved now and again but can't promise a slab of beer unfortunately. If you would like to be involved at some stage then please drop me a pm. The last 50 minutes of last weeks can be heard here soundcloud.com/6townsbootsbats/boots-bats-and-balls-12-9-10 which includes a great interview with Denis Smith. We are also looking at getting this to become downloadable as a podcast in the near future. We have also launched a new website today, why not get yourself signed up?

They did incredibly well to entice the guests they did, and always managed to get a lot out of them - from Jeff Stelling on the beach with his family to the Guardian reporter who'd called us witless and must have feared the worst. They even managed to get some sense out of Durham (to some extent). Not sure many of us could have tracked them down and enticed them to appear once, to be fair, let alone get them back repeatedly, as they managed to do.

I thought it was great especially the first year, ok it died off a bit towards the end, but rather than slag it off why don others have a go if they have time. Easy to say it was crap and then do fuck all yourself. At least they did it and I enjoyed it.

Get the most rabid PHW and most rabid rimmer in a room the day after a game, with a slab of beer and a voice recorder....... now that would be a podcast Very harsh for the time and effort that was put into it but them all, if you didn't like it then why listen? I enjoyed the podcast and miss it and the chatter in-between was always good stuff. I appreciated it and like quite a few on here I'm currently missing it (this is the 4th post in recent weeks by different people asking where it is). As for the idea of a rabid PHW & rabid TP rimmer...To be honest I'm bored shitless of it on this board every single day, I think most people have been bored shitless with it for a few years now...so to have it as a podcast wouldn't have me listening, it'll be the same shite we get on this board over and over, sounds a terrible idea to me...but then some people may like it. Anyway, are you going to put something together a Stoke City Podcast show so show you can do better? Surely you can get a few off here to help you out? ;D Stoke City Etc podcast RIP
