Just posting this in the desperate hope someone can help Has anybody on here in Trent Vale (Bridge Rd/Summerville Rd/Claytonwood Rd area) seen this cat since Friday night/Saturday morning? She only has three legs after having a back leg amputated so she's quite noticeable with her hopping around. She also has poor eyesight Do you know anybody who may have picked her up and taken her home thinking she was injured? We've put posters up and posted flyers through doors, rang every vet in Stoke on Trent in the yellow pages, the council in case she'd been ran over, radio stations, the RSPCA, PDSA etc. but not one sign of her Cash reward if she's found. Please have a look in and around your gardens/garages/sheds for her. Missing her like crazy I hope someone can help

A supposed sighting in the Riverside Rd area reported tonight, so have started to spread the net.
Come on duck, find your way home.

Sorted your photocopies of the missing poster earlier mate, like i said hope she turns up. Massive thanks again matey. Really good of you to knock the fiver off as well, I really appreciated it. Especially with it being just after my printer decided to blow a gasket with the new ink cartridges Loads more flyers posted through tonight, the longer she's missing though the less hopeful it looks

During the past 5 years we've had 3 cats go missing and none have turned up. Not really encouraging words i know but i do hope you find your cat mate.
Well actually one of cats that went missing is living about half mile down the road we think so we discovered about 18 month since she went. She was called Poppy and looks/looked a lot like yours. Did think about getting her back but she wasnt tagged so we have no proof she's ours and besides i dont think she'd settle cos cos we already have another one now.

My moggy went missing for six weeks and got taken into a vets. Thankfully, she still had her collar on which had my Mums mobile number on so everything worked out. She got kept in overnight to have an operation to save one of her legs (her collar had got stuck somehow and was cutting into her front left leg, got all infected as well), that got sorted and we picked her up the next day. She's not allowed out because where her leg got all cut open, the skin will never reattach and it's all dead nerve endings so she wouldn't feel if any dirt went into it, thus not knowing when to clean it and so on and so forth. She was a mental state for a month but now she's absolutely fine Very lucky. Really hope you get the same luck Etain. It's bloody horrible wondering where she's got to, what's she's doing and if she's generally ok

I tried to upload a photo of the poster but pictures off my Blackberry are too large, however, it said
FOUND CAT
Magdelen Street, Blurton
14/05/11, Male, Long haired
If you or someone you know has a missing cat please contact Rebecca on 07846061173

Well? News anyone? has someone phoned the lady up to see if its her , i mean if you said it had three legs is should not be too hard to check.
It would be nice if admin could pin this on the main board for a couple of days to get more exposure.

Yup, my cat is short haired as well I tried ringing on the off chance anyway but couldn't get through. Thanks though Stokiekey. Had a couple of calls yesterday but one was a false alarm as the cat had four legs and the other was someone (from the next road) saying that there cat went missing for ten days but then turned up. Also had a possible sighting in Green Rd but nothing has come of it Hope we have similar luck SuperRickyFuller - you're right, it is bloody horrible without her Still hoping, it's great to know that people are being good enough to look out for her.

Zip today The rain hasn't helped with the posters as well, even with two ruddy plastic a4 folders for some of them. Still hoping, but it's not looking good

Sorry to hear that mate. My cat went missing a few years ago and he rarely goes out. I thought that was the end for him but he just randomly turned up at home 4 days later as if nothing had happened. Fingers crossed for you!

Cats are very bizzare animals, George (RIP) used to just swan off to the neighbours without a care and come back as and when he pleased, and then expect full attention. Sod! ;D, loved him though.

I'm hoping for a similar story this time with mine, but the longest she's been away up until now was a day and a half and she's very particular about who she is around (she'd even get off the sofa when she was little if anybody would even sit at the other end!!). Thanks for the offer of colour copies Supersmashinggreat. It's really appreciated. We've already been posting through doors though with no luck It's a full week tonight
