Makes for some good reading: www.newcastle-online.org/nufcforum/index.php/topic,93231.0.html Only read the first 4 pages but seems as though there shitting there kegs. Hopefully there team and management are having similar feelings about coming to Stoke on a cold November night. Love how we've got that reputation. fingers crossed we can keep this great unbeaten run going!

Fucking hell. I thought we could be negative at times!!!!! Particularly when you consider they gave us a dicking twice last season. The game at our place was on October 31st and was also a night game so I'm not sure why they fear a Nov night at the Brit so much.

i think your playing them at just the right time, they have got a relatively small squad with a lot of crocks at the min, we drew up there early in the season and to be honest apart from Ben Arfa's wonder strike i could not see any way we were not going to win that game, plus a lot of their foreigners wont fancy a grim cold night at the brit i can only see a home win tonight

What a depressing, negative bunch they are! I wouldn't want to be one of their players and have a bad game. I always thought the support up there was supposed to be great. How wrong can I be!

'depressing, negative bunch'/Geordies
& the difference is?
I know Sunderland fans get a bad rap on here but in my experience friendly north easterners don't come from 'The Toon'

The team looked out of sorts against Southampton - players blaming each other etc.
They can still play though - lets hope we don't give them any glimmer of opportunity. Think they will fall over if we push them hard enough.

One of them said "We are a longball team playing against a better longball team"
Made me chuckle ;D

They make Innercircle/waitingforwaddo sound like he has a couple of brain cells. They have a fair few players missing to be fair

It's a bit odd this year isn't it. Sunderland were equally 'cheery'. Normally they tell you that they're biggest club on earth and only a player away from being the new Barcelona. Reality bites.

jarhead and UKyestony would feel right at home on that board! I think they are all Jarhead under assumed names. I wish Jarhead would make another prediction for tonight after claiming that West Ham would dick us and Walters wouldn't get a kick

"Not that we are any better right now, and probably won't be until Ashley sells to someone even richer, but we will always have the potential of being a regular Top 6 side....they never will....."
It gets worse, regular top six based on what? One decent season ;D

Worth digging this out again ...
from pages 37 ish onward it's pure class, nothing but fuck this, fuck Pulis, fuck Pardew, fuck football etc
Not the most literate of people but makes for an amusing read haha
I thought this board was bad but my god they are something else...
In stark contrast to there traveling fans who i thought where decent tonight...

Agree. one guy timidly starts a thread stating "Pardew out. Have I jumped the gun?"
Great stuff. Football fans for ya. Gotta love them.

I spoke to some Newcastle supporters coming out of the ground last night. They said that a draw would have been a fair result and they were all massively concerned about the prospect of relegation, which surprised me.

Only read a few pages of match thread, when we scored our goals, some anger management needed up in the North East I think.

Newcastle did well considering their previous game. Certainly up for it & carried out their game plan (high line, closed down our players) very well. Lacked quality in midfield & didnt have a plan B
