RAOUL THOMAS MOAT ...released from prison one day , then critically wounds his girlfriend ,and shoots dead her new boyfriend before then shooting a Police Officer.
I just hope it's not another Cumbria we are witnessing.

Well clearly prison didn't work cus he has sat there stewing for 9 weeks planning this attack.
He even told prison officers and inmates that he would kill when he was released.
Now a community order with a bender would have allowed him to keep his job, girlfriend, life etc... and this could have been avoided!
